This is likely where he found it,
http://playground.arduino.cc//Main/SpiRAM
The first zip file INO subdirectory is empty. The 2nd is not, but it didn't compile, so I
imagine it'll take mucking around to get it to go. Google search didn't turn up anything
that obviously works.

This isn't that library, but I did a page about connecting to the 23K256 chip using SPI here:
http://www.gammon.com.au/forum/?id=10979
Maybe that will help.

You may be interested, they now have a 128 KByte version of the chip, also in DIP8 and ok to power at
5V. I just got some yesterday, but not yet hooked to anything.

Hi All
Thanks for the input, sorry for not putting in link to file, yes Oric_Dan that is the correct link
Thanks Nick for you example, I intend to use a FM25H20 (F-RAM) non volatile ram for data storage over a long period of time.
But would like to know what happened to the SpiRAM2zip file thou?
Thanks again

Guy who created the page lost it. ???
BTW, the new 23LC1024 128KB SRAM chips will run at 3.3V or 5V, whereas the 23K256
32KB chips require 3.3V, which is why I got the big ones.
