Our project is SOLAR-POWERED CHARGING STATION

My question is:
How many volts will be consumed by one laptop if we used 100watt solar panel?

Can you give some formulas for the computation?

You'll need to give us more information - how about a link to the panel(s) in question. Also, do you propose a direct-drive from the panel, or are you going to use an inverter (plus, will there be a battery bank in use)...?

We'll also need more information on the power needs of the laptop in question (which is what?)...

DC volts to watts calculation formula
The power P in watts (W) is equal to the voltage V in volts (V), times the current I in amps (A):

P(W) = V(V) × I(A)

A standard laptop is 19 volt's 3.42 amp's = 64.98watt's
