Do you know of any off the shelf inductive chargers compatible with Arduino?

It would depend on whih arduino, at watever voltage you are using, and I'm sure you will need some modifiation regardless of what you find

There is a lot that goes into inductive charging designs.  You can't really have half the system be "off the shelf."

It's an integrated system.
