Does anyone used a ATmega2560 @ 20MHz? If yes, is it stable?

No at 20Mhz. Yes at up to 28Mhz and somewhat at 32Mhz.

Could you elaborate on this? I thought the 2560 only ran up to 16MHz... At least that's what page 1 of the datasheet implies?

Do you have a boot loader for it?
Anything to be careful with 2650?

They say about 328 tat it can run at 20 bu i use it at 24 with no problems.
(i remember someone saying on a forum that 328 was originally rated at 24 and 2560 at 20 but i can't remember where)

I know someone here on the forum posted a bootloader for a 20Mhz clock.  Might want to search here for that post.
