I am needing to reinstall a bootloader (hex file) for a AT328P, but cannot get the USBasp and the AT328P to transfer info back and forth to my laptop.  I think it might be a power issue to the AT328P because normally a led will turn on.

That's not an ISP header you're connected to. The pins are unpopulated in the middle of the board, right underneath where it says "AT328 ISP".

Thanks!  I was wondering if that was where the connections were since the other connections I am conneted to are the video ins and outs.  Is it just a straight connection, or do I need to change the orientation of the 2x3 connector?
