i'm just for spinning motor on/off ... im using 12vdc (2400)rpm..

My diesel car has a 12 volt starter motor.

So what are you using to drive that? This means what are you using to make the 5V signal from the arduino into a 12V signal for your motor?

You need something like this, where the pin D6 (or whatever pin you used for Blink) is switching the transistor on and off in the same way it was switching the LED for you. The transistor in turns lets or refuses the connection V to ground through the motor which therefore goes on and off.

Don't forget the diode across the motor connected as shown.
