hi all, i just have a blower in my kitchen that always drives me crazy cos everyone forget to turn it off, so i was just  thinking that maybe a can put a sensor in the bell to sense the temperature of the bell, when someone its cooking and has the oven on the extractor will turn itself and when nobody its cooking the blower turn off....

but what kind of sensor can i use to sense that???
