Hello to all,
I have a problem with a standalone mounted ATmega328 and a usb-serial converter

the circuit is this:

the converter usb / serial is this: http://www.ebay.it/itm/230951078963?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 # ht_2329wt_906

now, trying to download any sketch (eg blink), I arduino generates the error "avrdude: stk500_getsync (): not in sync: resp = 0x00"

can anyone help me? I am missing some piece? I have to set something in particular? I do not understand where I'm wrong ..
