Can I make the Vin pin an output? If yes, how do I do that?

What do you mean by "output"?

What do you mean by "output"?

"power suply"
I'm sorry if it's a stupid question, because I'm new here, and I don't know anything about Arduino.

If a supply is connected to the barrel jack, "Vin" can be used as a supply pin.  It will be about 0.7v less than whatever you put in the barrel jack because of the reverse protection diode.  That same diode also limits the usable current to about 1A, assuming the supply could provide that much.

It can not be used as a supply when powered by USB.

So how do put it in a sketch?

So how do put it in a sketch?

You don't.  The power supplies aren't controllable by any code.

It's just how the board works.
