Topic: piezoelectric actuator - ARDUINO (Read 2666 times) previous topic - next topic

Hi :
I want to test a piezoelectric actuator using Arduino. The question is : For testing the piezoelectric actuator I need AC voltage between -2 to 2 volts.
is It possible to do that test using Arduino????
Thank you for your advice.

Of course, you'll need external hardware to go along with the Arduino. Google op-amp. Or maybe oP-aMp.
The art of getting good answers lies in asking good questions.

What do you mean by piezoelectric actuator? If it's just a regular buzzer, then
just connect it to an Arduino output pin.

what frequency of "AC"  do you think you need ?
