hi
I have a project. My project is briefly as follows: I want to manage a RC plane over the internet with arduino. Could you help? What's needed and what code should I use them? What is a suggestion?

This is not a beginner project. Google knows how to do it, though.

You might google for DIY drones and similar. You can manage an airplane over the internet until it takes off. At that point you will probably not be able to see what needs to be done quickly to keep it from crashing. start with a ground bot first.
