Finally i have decided to buy UNO (R3) board . But i am confused , there are lot of option(websites) to buy the arduino board. please help me ,where to buy a arduino board will better for me.

Suggest you ask in the India forum, folks closer to you can probably offer good suggestions or places that will not charge excessive shipping.
