Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi,

I'm looking for some helpful information/ideas on creating a drive chassis? I'm interested in learning about the drive motors and techniques to connect/integrate with wheels, etc. This is all DIY. I don't want to buy a pre-made solution, I would like to see some ideas on how other folks have done this.

If anyone has any pointers I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks!

Below is a simple project I tinkered with that was two wheeled. The center of gravity was kept low so it could make use of only two wheels, somewhat like a segway.

Continous rotation servos are inexpensive and easy to use for starter projects. The ones I modified and used were $5 each.
