Hi,

I'm looking for a Single-Supply OA (DIP) to map the Arduinos 0..5V PWM signal to a 0..10V output (i.e., to double the voltage). I need to drive a damper actuator here.

Is it recommended / necessary to buffer the input signal with a capacitor or would that be happy engineering?

All you need is a single transistor with the collector to a resistor going to 10V, emitter to ground, base through a 4K7 resistor to the PWM pin.
