Good Afternoon,
is there avaiable some library or example that put into normal Display 4 rows 20 char a simple watch ?

So I was looking into the network all the watch that I've found are using I2C ... :-( otherwise need to be implemented from 0 ...

Which should take not more than 10 minutes with the right hardware and a minimum level of coding ability.

You didn't look hard enough or didn't search the right keywords. Try google arduino phi-2 and alarm together for a change or just google arduino alarm.
