SO Windows 7
Board Arduino UNO R3

Hi at all,
I've used the board for some week but this evening when i've connected the board i doesn't see the device in Device Manager List and when i Plug and unPlug the USB i can't ear the "device connected" sound.
I've try with two different PC but nothing!!
The UNO have the L13 Led ON and green power Led On.
If I press Reset Button L13 blink and after 3 sec. go ON again.
I 'think i must to Reset the 16U2 , right?
how can i reset it?
help me please!!!

Go back and re-install your device driver. You have to see it in the Device Manager. Perhaps some update 'hosed' your configuration. I had to do the same thing in the past. Gotta love those 'automatic updates'  :0

PS  Check your USB cable.

hi, tnx for the reply.
i have resolved with DFU mode.
i 've erase the 16u2 chip with Flip Software and then I've burn the Arduino-usbserial-atmega16u2-Uno-Rev3.hex again.

maybe the 16u2 chip was corrupted and now  i can see my board in Device Manager.
