Buenos días.
Saludos.

Google translate made it a bit strange... But...

You can't download the IDE? It should be pretty simple to just click the links on the download page (http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Software), extract, and then run.

Connect the arduino to a usb port, then check "Board" and "Serial port" under "Tools", and you are then ready to write code for it, or experiment with the examples that follows with it.

But one thing we need to know... What OS are you using?

And last, writing in English would be help full, as I am half guessing what you wrote when I look at the translated text...

From the troubleshooting page (http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/troubleshooting):

Quote
What about the error "Could not find the main class."?
If you get this error when launching Arduino:
Java Virtual Machine Launcher: Could not find the main class. Program will exit.
make sure that you correctly extracted the contents of the Arduino .zip file - [glow]in particular that the lib directory is directly inside of the Arduino directory and contains the file pde.jar[/glow].

You should try updating your version of Java.
