I installed arduino one rev. 3 with wi-fi shield. I launched the schetch to see the presence of networks: the existing network is detected in a discontinuous manner : other pcs and smartphones to properly detect and continually.
I enclose report monitor:

Looks to me like there might be a problem with the antenna. You might want to return the WiFi Shield for replacement.
