Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi all,
I'm really a beginner in Arduino and for a project I would like to use the two shields mentioned in the subject.
The idea is that one Arduino Mega has to communicate wirelessly with an XBee S1 module and via an ethernet cable at the same time.
Is it possible to stack that two shields on an Arduino Mega?

Thanks!!!

If the Ethernet shield is a R3 (compatible with the Mega) and is connected directly to the Mega (place the Proto shield on top of the two), this should be no problem.

That's fine, thanks.
Is there the possibility to damage the boards?

Do you want there to be?

Properly used, no. Improperly used, yes. Make sure you use them the appropriate way.
