Just like you would if they were any other tybe (or type).

First, you need to configure them to talk to each other. Have you done that?

Then, you need a way to connect them to the Arduino, like a shield. Do you have one?

Then, you need some code on the sender. Do you have some?

Finally, you need code on the receiver. Do you have some?

With javascript, connect the first Arduino to a banana, then cut your thumber and mix them all into a x-bee module.
No I'm joking, don't cut your fingers 

But PaulS is right, two arduino equals two peripheral ! So, just do it.

Your comment seems unrelated to your original question and makes me doubt whether you have understood the project at all.

There are people here willing and able to help if you have specific problems that you are stuck on, but when it's apparently an academic assignment which you don't seem to have made any serious headway on yourself, you can't expect us to do it for you.
