Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Hi Arduino experts,

May I know if there are any available libraries for serial communication that allows Arduino to be controlled via serial port? I learnt that CmdMessenger is one of them. Are there any other alternatives?

For those who have used CmdMessenger, how do you find it? My concern is whether it takes up too much RAM and code space. Can CmdMessenger send commands with parameters?

Thank you in advance.

Check the links in my post I wrote for someone else, http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,152606.msg1146243.html#msg1146243
It is not a library, but how to use your own communication "protocol". For example the Serial.parseInt() is ment for an easy way to sent commands.
