Yeah yeah, I know.  My head in the clouds smiley-sweat
Thing is my LED clock it still works great even at 4.3Volts  smiley-mr-green
Anyway my original question was because i have a box of these power supplies and I adjust all of them to 5V in advance before I make my clocks, so knowing correct voltage helps. I'll be using a resistor to test them under load, like many of you suggested.
