Hi,

I'm currently doing a final year project in college which requires we use a pressure sensor to measure the flow rate through a small compartment. We ordered one recently but it had a digital output which we have heard is more difficult to program. As we are new to this we have decided to opt for an analog output

this is the original sensor we ordered http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1676926.pdf

Could someone recommend a pressure sensor to measure up to 3 bar the operating rate of air is 2 bar , flow rate of air 11.5 m/s with an analogy output, we are using an arduino uno?

Any help greatly appreciated.  smiley-lol

In cars are mass flow sensors used.

But I don't know how to connect that to an Arduino.

I don't understand the range of the pressure sensor.
You want to measure the differential pressure to measure the flow ? I would understand a value of about 50mbar, but I don't understand the 3 bar.
