Since I am focussing on a new career in the media industry and hardly get time to spend time with Arduino anylonger (although I constantly check the blog and the exhibition forum - kudo's everyone), I was wondering if anyone here saw that Aptina has released a general purpose 4K CMOS sensor to the general public.

I also wondered if anyone here (or over at Rasp or another proto-board) has started to play with them?

Some highlights:
- 60fps in 4K
-120fps in 1080p

"The really amazing thing is how many people are successful with their Arduino projects considering the fact that so many of them do not have a technical background.  A lot of them seem to try, and succeed with, projects that no sane engineer would even attempt." - floresta commenting on the proper use of LCD displays
