hello I'm playing around with this library and chit to control on / off LED.

the problem that this library you can not put the clock at full speed, ie for a 16 MHz arduino,
this library only supports up to 8MHz    SPI.setClockDivider (SPI_CLOCK_DIV2) [/ b] 

how could I change this to 16 MHz or 15 MHz?

Yup, impossible. See table 19-5 in the '328 data sheet:
Table 19-5. Relationship Between SCK and the Oscillator Frequency
Fastest speed is F(osc)/2.
