Topic: Getting started with voice recognition (Read 977 times) previous topic - next topic

I am interested in pursuing arduino projects in the field of voice recognition.  I tried various methods to get started. All of them gave a single approach of using a "Shield" to do the voice processing.  But I want to do it with minimum hardware.  I am aware that one can do it using Processing , but not really sure about the method.  I'd be really thankful if someone can help me out as to how I have to proceed.

Thank You

if you want to take your project and move then Arduino + needed hardware should be the deal or else if you can use the computer hardware like mic for sound input and can have your project stand still at one place then processing might help you.
