Topic: Anyone got a Keithley 6517B High Resistance meter? (Read 274 times) previous topic - next topic

I have been searching high and low for someone with a Keithley 6517B High Resistance Meter who might be able to help out by taking 10 resistance measurements of some SMD resistors we have ranging up to 50G ohm?  If anyone has one or knows who has it would be great to hear :-)

Many thanks.

What voltage are the resistors rated at?

Would a normal IR tester not work? something like A 500v/1000V Megger, or up to 5kV megger, such as Megger BM11D or MIT510/2? The MIT510/2 goes up to 15T Ohms with voltages of 250/500/1000/2500/5000v and a maximum current of 2-3mA.
