I was wondering if I can use a WiiChuck to connect a Wii MotionPlus to an Arduino?

WiiChuck - http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=9281
MotionPlus - http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=74505

I was looking at the WiiChuck specs and it says it connects the buttons, analog stick, and the 3-axis accelerometer... that makes me think it can easily be used with a MotionPlus, because it is a 3-axis accelerometer... it should be easier than a Nunchuck...

I an confusing myself now...  smiley-razz ;D

It seems there is already made MotionPlus decode for Arduino.

probably you could look for it and figure out how to combine it with WiiChuck adapter.

Alternative would be testing Nunchuck hack with wireless Nunchuck.
