My brother in law found a traffic light on the side of the road and asked me to make a control box for it. I housed an Arduino UNO and a 4-channel relay board in an outdoor electrical box and included a potentiometer for adjusting delay time from between 1 and 15 seconds. The sequence starts at the upper right outlet then to the upper left ending with the lower left before repeating. The lower right outlet is not wired.
