Hi,
I am looking for a code snipped or sample program to upload a firmware .hex file to the Arduino (Leonardo).
Any suggestions?

greetings
Michael

or sample program
There's the Arduino IDE...

It uses avrdude to actually upload the hex file.

This: https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/wiki/Arduino-IDE-1.5-from-command-line apparently, but have not tried too hard to get it to work yet.

avrdude already knows how. You can call any executable from a VB app. Why don't YOU get busy writing the 10 lines of code needed to do so?
