I need board with wifi, gsm and GPS. Which one to use? What's the right combination?
I need the wireless to act as an AP.

I don't know what Arduino WiFi adapters support acting as an AP but it does not seem like a very common requirement. I think you'll need to do some research into the specs and see what you can find any that do. If you get stuck, a fall-back option would be to get a MiFi dongle and Ethernet adapter for the Arduino. The GPS receiver would be separate in any case.
