Does anyone know of a good quality SOIC breakout board? I am trying to interface a maxim EEPROM and cannot find a DIP version of it.

Hey AFuser, I have had good luck using the SOIC breakout board from ezmodule. It comes with a ground plane although EEPROMs dont need them. Check it out:
