I gather from your post that you are sharing code the blink an LED with an ATMega2560.

Pretty basic:
Code: [Select]

void setup(){
pinMode (13, OUTPUT);
}
void loop(){
digitalWrite (13, HIGH);
delay (500);
digitalWrite (13, LOW);
delay (500);
}

Change 13 to the pin you want to use if something else.
