Reference design of Arduino GPRS shield do not open in Eagle

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

Hi,

I downloaded the files for the Arduino GPRS shield from this link:

http://arduino.cc/en/uploads/Main/arduino-gsm-shield-06-reference-design.zip

But i cannot open them in Eagle, anyone with same problem?

Opens fine for me on EAGLE 6.5.0.
