Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

For those of us that know what we're doing, it would be nice to have a hook available so that we can add functionality to the timer 0 ISR. Easy enough to do, just allow the user to pass in a subroutine address; jump if it's not NULL, ignore it if it is NULL.

How does the Arduino team determine that your ISR is not going to screw up the timing of timer 0 by taking too long?
