Please any one guide me how to connect hardware of Arduino uno board with nRF 2.4 GHz transceiver??? which pins of arduino uno and nRF used for communication with each other ???

please tell me that arduino uno and nRF connects via serial port of arduino????? is there any other pins used for this purpose ????

No, it does not connect via the serial pot; it uses the SPI interface. The page that Bajdi linked to explains exactly which pins are used and how it works.
