Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

First of all, I'm a total electronic newbie.

I got the arduino board and a tocuh sensor : mpx200d from Motorola.
It has 4 pins,
1) GND
2)+V out
3) Vs
4) -V out

And I don't have a clue what that means smiley
what pin should I wire to witch part of my arduino board? And also, what resistor do I need? And should I use 9V or 5V?

I'm kind of desperate. Please help.
Help is much appreciated.
