Is it possible to use the GSM library with this shield???

it has SIM900 module, and wikipedia said that the 'GPRS Shield is configured and controlled via its UART using simple AT commands'
Is it possible to use the GSM library with this shield???

Same for me have power but cannot seem to get any further tried all example codes.

looks differnt to the one above but runs the same sim900 chip.

running arduino software 1.0.5 , windows 7
