That's the model I have but seeed studio (who make it) have a newer model in stock now which looks a bit better.

Yes, it's a good buy. Very useful.

Jose Francisco

Don't wait me. I'm not sure to make it work.

Federico

as my only output is variable from "Null" to "0"... perhaps I have to experiment something with caps and pullup

That's odd - why are you getting Null ? Would you like to post your code ?

Federico

I mean, that sometimes the serial doesn't give anything, but if i touch the sensor with the hand, for example, it starts to give "0". I have tried with the code by mem, the one by gomiun (slightly corrected to work with a new arduino) and some variations of them, I have tried also another code found on the forum, by someone that is using the Pollin chip. If necessary I can search the original links!

Bot my two sensors give the same. Yesterday night I have tried to wire everything better with my Screwshield (wing shield) but nothing change (I was also unsure about the wiring, at this point). Also tried basic sketch like analogserial or digitalserial, still no luck: no variations at all in the results  :(

With the code by mem the led is costantly off or, If i touch the sensor (or the antenna) it goes costantly on for a while (many seconds, un minute). After days of work I am a bit confused now  :o

Thanks everyone!
