i wont to ask about which firmware to be put on the ATMEG 8

If you want a bootloader firmware that compatible with the one used by Arduino, you can find the .hex file in the bootloader/ directory of the Arduino distribution. Check out: http://www.arduino.cc/en/Hacking/Bootloader for more details.
