I stumbled accross the website of  talented hobbyist/engineer and am in need of some assisitance to understand the schematic for one of his projects.

I'm interested in using the "Color Organ"aspect of his design to control a 4x4 matrix of ceiling mounted 3w RGB LED's. I'd like to run the 3 outputs of the color organ to the arduinos analog in, then utilize them to drive the designs and color patterns. However, I am having trouble understanding the schematic. On the left hand of the PDF file there are 4 floating elements, the start of each is marked VCC and continues down to a grounded capacitor. I understand what VCC means, just not where they should be connected on the circuit.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

These are decoupling capacitors and should be connected across the supply on the ICs.
C26 should be close to the supply input to the board and the others should be close to the op amp chips.
