should A hardware USB arduino go into dev or sugjestions?

AVR Teensy or avropendous are open and high speed communication if that was added as a standard then the groups and info and software would expand and make a better community.

also kicad is awsome.

I would say that it goes in dev if you are developing it. If you want to suggest that someone else develop it, it goes in suggestions. Actually, most of the work would be in modifying the core, bootloader and possibly the IDE to support one of the uCs that has hardware usb, so it should probably go in the software section.
