Bigger Bigger Smaller Smaller Reset Reset

Everyone here must know by now that mounting hole on UNO R3 beside Reset is useless due to close proximity to I/O connector. I assume this is due to drop-in compatibility with legacy hardware which had fewer I/O. Usually I just leave this one sitting on spacer.

Suggesting to route 3.2mm slot instead of hole so mounting is both legacy compatible and possible to use with full I/O connector.
