Help for Newbies and not so new.

The Reference page needs ALL keywords to be listed, including advanced keywords like Port and Pin.
Or maybe an advanced reference page?
Also full examples for ALL of the keywords.

Perhaps. Keywords are created by library also aren't they? So it might be a never ending task.
Things like DDRx, PORTx and PINx are register names.
At some point one transitions from Arduino keywords into AVR GCC keywords it seems.

Yes, but the libraries that are included with the IDE should be covered.
DDRx, PORTx and PINx register names should be included, at least in the examples.

Do the examples use direct port manipulation? I never looked.
