i would like to display the output of PV Cell to LCD display. any wan has the coding ?

What do you mean but PV cell output?  Do you want to measure voltage, current, power or everything ? What's the highest current and voltage of this PV module ? Did you have a look at any of the examples from arduino IDE ?

What voltage do you expect from the PV cell?

The Arduino can only measure up to 5V directly.
To measure higher voltages, you need to use a potential divider, made from two resistors, to reduce the voltage to less than 5V.
You then scale up the voltage measured to give the voltage of the PV cell.
