hey this is really cool. How did you go about engineering the parts for the hexapod and enuring they would all fit together so nicely? Are you controlling the movements or is there some automation and integration with sensors controlling the movement?

No, in this version, there are no sensors. It controled   with my smartphone via Bluetootn (use this servise http://remotexy.com/). Arduino program calculates all motions automatically and controled servo.
It looks nice thanks to smooth movements, very similar to the living.
