As per title. I have a circuit that was upgraded from a mega to a due.

Since the cabinet has the usb cable already built in, until I can find A USB B to micro USB adapter I need to open the enclosure to plug a cable. Was wondering if a simple USB serial or an USB asp could be used to program instead

I've had absolutely no problem programming my DUE using a standard USB-A to Micro cable.  Some of the newer cell phones use these for charging and data.
