Hey everyone,
I bought a fake Pro Micro board a while ago.

So I tried to get it to work with a test program to let the led on the board blink.
When I selected my board in the Arduino IDE, it didn't want to transfer the program to the board.
But when I selected the Arduino Leonardo board because this was the name it said it was when I connected the board with my laptop, I could load the program to my board and it worked.

How is this possible?

It sounds like the board has the Leonardo bootloader on it.  Just use it and enjoy.
