Hi everyone,
For our project, we have planned to build a RFID based vehicle admission system. So there will be a web based admin panel where the administrator can:
  • Manage existing users and monitor their entry/exit times.
  • Maintain a database for users currently using the vehicle parking space based on the RFID reader scans.

Our questions:
How do we get the ID of the user from the RFID scanner to our web-based application to that we can use it in our database?
Does RFID scanners come with Arduino chips? Do we have to use an intermediate software to get the ID from the scanner to our web based app?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If the Arduino is wearing an ethernet shield, it can make a GET request (as a client), containing the RFID data.

No, they come with potato chips.

Intermediate software would be between two other pieces of software. If you can identify what those two other pieces of software are, you know the answer. If you can't, you know the answer. In either case, why did you need to ask?

Get out of the deep end of the pool until you have a clue about swimming.
The art of getting good answers lies in asking good questions.
