Christmas with Arduino...32 X 32 LED
display managed by Arduino Méga ; Pins 22 to 53 control the 32 rows via the required resistor (220 ohms) and a PNP transistor ( NEC B 546A) which allows the use of external courant ( 5 V. DC.).
Pin 9 controls columns via 4 shift registers (74HC595) in serie with 4 ULN 2803.
The music is from a miniature MP/ player coupled with a recycled amply from an old CD player.
Two relay and a time switch allow the unattended functioning of the unit.
Pictures are Icons (already 32 X 32) saved as black and white and processed by a house software (based on QB 64) that generates the array required by Arduino.
